Meet Caitlin

Professional. Convenient. Mobile.

Local service. Personal attention. A name you can trust.

Hi, I’m Caitlin, the owner of CGC Notary. I’m proud to serve Jackson, Cape Girardeau,

and the surrounding communities of Southeast Missouri with professional mobile

notary services.

I started CGC Notary with a simple belief: important paperwork shouldn’t have to be

more stressful than it already is. Whether you’re preparing for an important signing,

handling family matters, managing business documents, or helping a loved one

navigate paperwork, you deserve service that is professional, approachable, and respectful of your time.

My goal is to make the process a little easier by bringing reliable service directly to you.

My Story

CGC Notary was built around the kind of service I believe people deserve: personal, dependable, and rooted in doing things the right way.

I understand that behind every document is a person, a family, or a business with something important at stake. Sometimes you need a notary who can meet you where you are. And sometimes you simply want someone who will communicate clearly, treat you with respect, and help the process feel more manageable.

That is the kind of experience I strive to provide with every appointment.

As I grow CGC Notary, my vision remains the same: to offer practical, professional support to the people and communities that make Southeast Missouri home.

The Values Behind My Work

Integrity and professionalism

Your time, information, and documents deserve careful attention.

Respect and compassion

Some paperwork involves major life changes, family responsibilities, or

time-sensitive matters. I approach each client with patience, courtesy,

and respect for their individual circumstances.

Convenience that works for you

My mobile service brings notarization to homes, offices, and participating healthcare or

assisted-living facilities. If you are uncomfortable with me coming to your home, we can set

up a pubic location to meet.

Service close to home

Southeast Missouri is home to families, small businesses, hardworking individuals, and

neighbors who look out for one another. I’m proud to serve this region with the personal

attention that local service makes possible.

Thank you for considering a local business. I look forward to working with you!
